【摘要】隨著建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的日趨大型化、復(fù)雜化和國際化，信息的交流與傳遞日趨頻繁，建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目管理信息化已引起國家、政府部門和許多企業(yè)的高度重視，在這方面的投入也在逐年增加，使得近年來我國建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目管理領(lǐng)域在這方面的研究和開發(fā)水平在逐年提高，但實(shí)際應(yīng)用狀況卻并不樂觀，對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理的促進(jìn)并沒有達(dá)到預(yù)期的效果。本文通過建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目管理信息化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析，就管理體制、管理的基礎(chǔ)工作、組織和組織行為方面存在的問題及產(chǎn)生的原因和解決方法進(jìn)行探討研究，采取一定的策略，形成一套科學(xué)合理的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目管理組織體系，從而確保建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目管理信息化的實(shí)施。

【Abstract】As the construction project gains its large-scale, complex and international momentum, the information exchange and transmission become more frequent day by day .In recent years, the project management information level increased year by year , the main reason is that this field drew great attention from state, government and businesses, so the input increase with years . However, the situation is not optimistic, the promotion for construction project management can not achieved the desired results .This article analyzed the present situation of project management information ,the management system, the basic work of management and the problems and solutions in organization and organizational behavior , we aimed to set up a scientific and rational construction project management organization system and strategies, the final purpose is to ensure the implementation of project management information

1. 引言隨著建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的日趨大型化、復(fù)雜化和國際化，信息的交流與傳遞日趨頻繁，建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目管理信息化已引起國家、政府部門和許多企業(yè)的高度重視，在這方面的投入也在逐年增加，使得近年來我國建設(shè)管理領(lǐng)域在這方面的研究和開發(fā)水平在逐年提高，但實(shí)際應(yīng)用狀況卻并不樂觀，對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理的促進(jìn)并沒有達(dá)到預(yù)期的效果。出現(xiàn)這一問題的原因，筆者認(rèn)為既不是在計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)方面，也不是在項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)技術(shù)和方法上，而是在項(xiàng)目管理的系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行、企業(yè)管理與項(xiàng)目管理的協(xié)調(diào)、企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目組織文化和人們的習(xí)慣勢(shì)力等方面。所以亟待解決的問題已不是管理技術(shù)方面的障礙和計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)方面的障礙，而越來越集中在管理體制、管理的基礎(chǔ)工作、組織和組織行為方面障礙。有必要分析
